Repair or Replace Questions?

It doesn't always make sense to replace an appliance simply because it needs a little tender loving care. But how do you know? That's where you can rely on our professional service team to help.

Unlike our competitors, we won't ask you for a credit card up front to answer your simple service questions. If you need help, just give us a call. We will gladly attempt to help those of you who like to save a little money and do some do-it-yourself repairs. We have a complete parts department that stocks many of the commonly used repair parts you may need. Special orders can be made, and usually take only a day or two to arrive.

If the problem requires a professional, we will dispatch a service technician for you. For $75.00 (parts and repair labor not included) we will come to your home and diagnose the problem. Many repairs are performed for under $150.00.
