I love the way the right hand door has been sculpted so that narrower items still fit in the bottom, but there is extra space for the produce drawers in the shelves. I also love that those drawers are totally clear; I can easily see what's in them.

I have only had this frig about a month, but so far it's been wonderful. I have thermometers in the frig and freezer and the temps have remained at safe levels. I like the ice and water on the door. I'm glad there is a light to turn on there, but I wish it would come on automatically when I use the water. I have to turn it on and off. The door operates smoothly and I don't have that annoying suction issue when I close the door and then want to open it again. It's also a very attractive style.

As someone who prefers fresh food and shops 2-3 times a week, the size is just right. We find the layout is excellent, offering ample space for all our groceries. There's also plenty of room to accommodate both large and tall items, which is a huge plus. The shelves are adjustable and easy to clean when needed and thats a plus for me. This refrigerator is a great fit for our needs since our recent move.

Broken just over the 1 year warranty. Refused to assist with fixing it because it was over warranty. I asked to pay for the repairs and they said they wouldn™™t assist me even though the website and other customer services lady said they could for a fee. The awful gentleman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and was suppose to schedule the repairs but told me he wouldn™™t because I didn™™t have a warranty. Wasted 3 hours of my day on the phone and he wouldn™™t transfer me back to the original lady I spoke with.

Overall I™™m very pleased with the fridge & all its features. It keeps the food cold. The ice maker & water dispenser work well. The only problem is with the drawers. They don™™t open all the way. One sticks & has to be readjusted everytime it™™s opened. Other than that, it™™s a great fridge.

Love this new counter depth refrigerator. It replaced the original Frigidaire that I inherited when I bought my condo - which had been well used and well loved for many years. When it came time for something new, something as simple, functional and efficient as this new unit only made sense. Easy to install, easy to keep clean, super well organized, and a FAST ice maker! It provides plenty of room. Freezer is also good size. One time, we experienced boiled eggs that were frozen, which it's supposed to not happen due to it's amazing circulation of cold air.It's a lot noisier than the KitcheAid that we had for 18 years, but we are used to it. I think they really need to think about the ice and water dispenser design. You will be picking up ice from the floor. The straw-like dispenser for water doesn't work as well when refilling some types of water bottles, and tends to have water on the floor as well, and stored in the narrow tray. Overall gave it a 4 stars mainly as it does what we need it to do, and the amount of space that is required for a family of 5!

My overall opinion is that although the refrigerator/freezer works as expected, it seems cheaper made than our previous 2020 Kenmore refrigerator. The plastic bins are thinner and didn't look like they would last a long time. The glass shelves are thinner and not very sturdy. The freezer shelf trim was taped onto the glass shelves and fell off as soon as I removed the packing tape. I could not for the life of me get them installed so they would stay on. I am having a technician come out and look at them. Just ridiculous.

We picked the counter depth Model to replace a large standard size because we wanted everything to line up neatly. The old one stuck out 3 or 4 inches beyond the edge of the counter it always looked out of place. The Fridgsire is even with the counter keeps everything nice and cold the ice cubes are smaller and freeze faster plus it makes the entire kitchen look better

Our last refrigerator was a Samsung, the one with the window and programmable. Had a lot of icemaker issues and difficult to get qualified repair people. This Frigidaire refrigerator is really spacious, very well laid out! In fact, we like it best of ALL the refrigerators we've owned.

This unit does the basics well. The ice and water dispenser work as expected. However, the water dispenser stopped dispensing water for a few hours for some reason. I do not like that you have to manually turn on the light to see when dispensing ice or water, what is the point of that? I have to find the button to activate the light in the dark to get light to dispense? Doesn™™t make much sense to me. Overall a good unit for the price.

The fridge temp doesn™™t seem to be great. It™™s either too cold or too warm. Very cluttered and poor design. Some of the door shelves seem worthless and are too small. Ice maker stopped dispensing ice the first week. Still waiting on repairs.
